Open Doors TN mission is to make TN more accessible for the special needs community by identifying accessible friendly locations and providing resources threw out the state.

About Open Doors TN:

Click the Accessible tab and read reviews on restaurants, therapist, MD, churches, playgrounds, and more. Several hundred Resources available threw out the site.

Open Doors TN will be surveying many restaurants, entertainment attractions, and hotels, playgrounds, parks and local business with results available on the Accessible tab of our web site. Curb side service is program we are very excited about by working with all types of local business to bring their service right to your car!

You will also find events, churches with disability programs, support groups and links to other organizations and much more.

We believe this is an important service to the community and will be updating the site daily, so please check back and feel free to make suggestions. If you know of a business that would like to participate, call or email us.


In December 2005, a rabid college football fan founded The Loyalty Fund , a non-profit foundation designed to help families with special needs needs by providing information, events, accessibility and more in East TN.

As a joke, Steve Johnson, a Tennessee Volunteers fan and father of a child with Autism, put his fan loyalty up for sale on eBay. Through some strange happenings, Steve started with the money from the auction from highest bidder Mike.
